Before joining RED BEAR Negotiation, Rob was the Director of Marketing at Trax Technologies, where he led all facets of marketing, including content, communications, and demand generation and increased New Logo ARR pipeline by 400%.

Before joining Trax, Rob was the Director of Marketing at Orion Labs, where he led the content, communications, and demand generation teams. At Orion, Rob has grown the company pipeline 400%, annual recurring revenue 250%, and subscription commitment 12x through establishing best practices with integrated inbound and outbound content marketing, communications, and campaigns.

Prior to Orion, Rob was the Director of Content Marketing and Communications at ION Commodities, where he managed content, communications, and demand generation for commodity trading and risk management software brands, including Allegro Development Corp., Openlink, Aspect Enterprise Solutions, and other brands.

Before joining ION, Rob was a Content Strategy and Customer Engagement Senior Practice Manager at The Starr Conspiracy Intelligence Unit, the research, consulting, and publishing arm of The Starr Conspiracy. At The Starr Conspiracy, Rob consulted and delivered services across the spectrum of marketing strategy, brand, message, go-to-market, and promotional programs for some of the firm’s largest and most disruptive clients in the enterprise software space, including SAP, ADP, and Virgin Pulse.

Rob is proficient in developing business-to-business marketing programs and messages that stick, creating memorable campaigns, and driving results that eat market share and drive demand based on business objectives and goals. Rob thrives under tight deadlines, delivers presentations to C-level executives, and works closely with CEOs and CMOs on overall business strategy — all within Agile (yes, with a capital A) workflows.

Before working at The Starr Conspiracy, Rob served as the Public Information Officer for the Fort Worth Mayor and City Council, where he crafted external communications and handled media relations for the mayor and city councilmembers. He's also held positions as a reporter and editor for a Dallas technology startup and an account supervisor and digital consultant for a local communications agency.
